adrian albino is A CONTEMPORARY artist dividing his time between new york city and SAN FRANCISCO. using adhesive tapes in a form of abstract collage, albino creates ordered spaces of entropy, as a series of variegated lines. deriving his palette from both the natural landscape as well as the man-made environment, his works rely heavily upon the choice of color and a strong motivation to create different textures and relief across a linear plane. by manipulating the viewer’s sense of anticipation and pragmatic need to seek order and symmetry, albino breaks barriers of common perception to creatE beauty in new found spaces. AS WELL AS a VISUAL ACHIEVEMENT, ALBINO'S WORKS make comment ON the increasing trends of branding, value, and status that dominate american consumer CULTURE.
